Biomass Gasifier System Equipment
Biomass gasification technology is a technology that converts various biomass energy sources (such as agricultural and forestry waste, municipal organic waste, etc. regardless of rice hull or straw, wood dust, small branches, bark pieces ) into fuel gas through gasification methods.
Biomass materials enter the gasifier through the feed equipment and undergo oxidation-reduction reactions in the gasifier to produce high-temperature fuel gas ( main gas is CO). The ash is continuously discharged through a screw slag conveyor, and gasifier furnace is isolated from the outside by a rotary valve. Therefore, this equipment can work continuously for a long time, and then provides fuel gas for other usage. Biomass gasification can not only effectively use renewable energy, but also reduce the environmental pollution raising from various organic wastes.Advantages
