Bacterial vaginosis rapid assay kit is available in the rapid qualitative analysis of polyamine levels in vaginal secretion.
Testing Principle
This kit is based on the remarkable increase in the sialidase activity of vaginal secretions from BV patients. When the sialidase contacts with chromogenic substrate, the decomposition reaction will occur, leading to change of color, from colorless to blue or green. On the contrary, there will be no color change when the biological activity of sialidase is not sufficient to induce the decomposition.
Product FeaturesThe entire test only takes 15 minutes and the result can be examined visually.Easy operation makes it suitable for the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis in all kinds of hospitals.Sialidase test is of high sensitivity, specificity, easy operation and easy to standardize.Product AdvantagesThe key reagent - sialidase is made from imported raw materials and is of high sensitivity and specificity.Stable substrate is capable of protecting the test results from disturbance.Test Procedures & Results
