Composition and working principle
The splitter consists of a hydraulic power station, a split gun and a high pressure oil pipe. The splitter consists of a hydraulic cylinder, an outer wedge, an intermediate wedge, and a sliding groove. When the splitting machine is working, the intermediate wedge is pushed forward by the hydraulic cylinder, and the moving outer pressing wedge is enlarged to achieve the purpose of splitting.

Application:
The large splitting machine is also called stone breaking machine.It includes hydraulic power station, splitting gun, oil pipe, like the small splitting machine.It is mainly used in large mines and quarries,when explosives is not allowed, the bulk ore or rock can be disintegrated once and twice.
The driven large-scale splitting machine needs to be matched: the supporting equipment includes one drilling rig (100-110mm hole) and one excavator. The splitting gun can also be driven by the excavator.
Operation method : At first, use the excavator to clean the surface of the roadbed stone surface and the soil between rocks, so as to increase the volcanic surface of the rock, and then use the drilling equipment to drill in the horizontal direction of the volley or the stratified position of the rock. The same section is drilled porous, the hole is about 1.5-2 meters away from the volley surface, and the distance between the two holes should be within 1.5-2.5 meters. After the hole is finished, the splitting gun is lifted by the excavator to place the pre-punched hole, the splitting direction is determined,then turn on power to split.
