Aluminosilicate refractory fiber board is produced from fiber wool of different temperatures by vacuum-filtrating forming process added in inorganic binder, a bit of organic binder and other necessary additives, and followed by drying and heat treatment processes for final shaped.
The boards can be used directly as furnace lining because they remain considerably high strength even at high temperatures. Boards with temperatures of 1400--1800, are high grade composite made from poly-crystalline fiber and aluminosilicate fiber by vacuum-forming process for application in high temperature furnaces.
Bulb density: 200-700kg/m3.
