II. Main structure for paper making machine
1. Wire part:equipped with 10.83m fourdrinier wire 1 set, the fourdrinier table is coated by stainless steel. Φ700mmvacuum couch roll 1 pc. Stainless steel head box.
2.Press part:
Φ600mmx2800mmx3100mm stone roll 1 pc, Φ550x2800mmx
3100mm rubber roll 1 pc, pneumatic pressure device.
3. Dryer part
Φ2000mmx2800mmx3100mm alloy dryer can 1 set, Φ1500mmx2800mmx3100mm dryer can 14 sets, arranged by 1+8+6, the second dryer can has Φ450mmx2800mmx3100mm reverse press roll 1 pc, Φ550mmx2800mmx3100mm touch roll 1 pc, pneumatic pressure device. Rubber shore hardness 90ºC±2. Multi-cylinder part has top and bottom dryer fabric devices.
4. Calender part :three-roll calender 1 set, cylinder winding machine 1 set.

5. Driving and controlling part
the drive part is equipped with Φ500 speed reducer 1 set. Alternating current frequency conversion adjustable speed, sectional drive. Full digital closed loop control system.
